What’s the future of nuclear power in the United States and around the world? That’s the main question raised in a fascinating article published this summer in Time magazine.  Aptly titled, New Nukes,” the article explores the smaller, newer and safer advanced reactors that may hold the key to cheap pollution-free energy.   According to the Time article, “….for all its high-profile problems, nuclear has proven less deadly than almost every other form of electricity on a megawatt-by-megawatt basis.”
