In the 2009 Legislative Session, Texas almost passed a solar incentive bill.  Strong efforts are being made to ensure solar legislation is passed this Session.  As that discussion evolves at the Texas Capitol, we wanted to inform you about solar energy.  Below are five studies that describe the costs and benefits of solar technology.  Is this the proper time for Texas to incentivize solar?  What do you think?
