UPDATE:  We have selected our Summer 2015 and Fall 2015 Fellows.  No more applications are being accepted at this time.  If you would like to apply for Spring 2016, please submit you applications starting September 1, 2015.

PAT is looking for graduate students interested in all areas of the energy industry to assist our non-profit organization’s staff as a fellow for up to six months.  A fellowship with PAT gives participants invaluable experience interfacing with Texas’ energy industry leaders, policymakers, and regulators.   In addition, PAT staff will collaborate with you in your research, writing, and communication supporting the PAT Board of Directors, lead sponsors, and full membership. As a fellow, you will be invited to Power Across Texas policy forums and other select events during your fellowship term.

Application Process:

  1. Complete the application form and submit it with a copy of your resume or curriculum vitae, a letter of recommendation from a professor at your institution, and a list of three academic or professional references.
  2. You will be contacted within two weeks of submitting your application by a PAT staff member to discuss your eligibility and application.
  3. If selected, PAT staff will work with you to schedule either an in-person or teleconference interview for final review and consideration.
  4. Up to two (2) PAT fellows will be selected each year for a six-month commitment.
