Power Across Texas seeks quality, diversity and balance in its membership.

Candidates applying for membership must be nominated in writing by a current PAT member, seconded by a minimum of one additional current PAT member and approved by a majority of the PAT Board of Directors.

Criteria for membership include:

  • Having a vested financial interest in the Texas energy sector (e.g., oil, gas, pipeline, electric investor-owned utility, electric cooperative, municipally-owned utility, generation, transmission, distribution, power marketer, energy trading, retail electric provider, renewable energy, water, nuclear, industrial consumer, commercial consumer);
  • Having a principal place of business, subsidiaries or office(s) in the State of Texas; and
  • Having an executive management role within company’s organizational structure.

  • March 1 and October 1 (annually)
